What should I expect from a burnout coaching session?

Each session is tailored to your needs, focusing on identifying challenges, setting goals, and developing actionable plans to achieve those goals. What qualifications do you have as a burnout coach?

I hold an MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, alongside diplomas in coaching, stress management and Resilience Building and Hypno-CBT.
