Executive Coaching Intensives
A focused, high-impact session for senior professionals who want clarity, fast. This two-hour intensive is ideal if you’re navigating a specific challenge, preparing for a pivotal conversation, or feeling the weight of leadership decisions. We’ll work together to clarify your direction, and create an actionable strategy. This is followed by a 60-minute session to support implementation and reflection.

If you choose to continue with a tailored executive coaching programme, your intensive fee can be applied toward the full package. This is strategic, psychology-informed coaching for high-performing leaders who want to think clearly, act decisively, and lead with confidence.

This is not a call where I hard-sell, it’s an opportunity for us to work out what’s right for you, and if it’s not coaching, or not coaching with me then I’ll try to help you work out what your next step might be.

If you decide to proceed you can choose your package, depending on the level of support you need. We can discuss the options on the call.
3️⃣ Start making change with support from your coach
I’ll send you a pack of information and ask you to complete a questionnaire so we can make the most of our time in session together. You’ll get regular 1-1 sessions with me, a personalised plan & also support between calls to help you take action.

Do you offer one-off sessions or packages?
Yes, I offer both. You can book a one-off 120–minute intensive, followed by a 60-minute session on month later, to get immediate clarity, or commit to a structured programme over several months for deeper transformation. We’ll talk through what’s right for you during your intro call.
I’ve already tried self-help books, podcasts, even therapy. How is this different?
Self-help and even good therapy can be helpful, but this is often generalised or past-focused.
