I hold an MSc in the Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing, alongside diplomas in coaching, stress management and Resilience Building and Hypno-CBT. 

Alongside my core qualifications, I have trained in modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and yoga therapy.
